What is Pix Delivery?

Pix Delivery is event photo delivery software for photographers, studios and event organisers. It helps guests find photos they appear in using an event-specific face reference, then access matching photos through a private gallery link with WhatsApp updates.

How do guests find their photos?

Guests open the event QR code or link, choose to register their face and verify their WhatsApp number with a one-time code. Pix Delivery searches that event’s uploaded photos for matches and adds them to the guest’s private gallery.

Do guests need to install an app?

No separate Pix Delivery app is needed. Guests use a supported mobile browser with camera permission for face registration, and WhatsApp for verification codes and gallery notifications. WhatsApp verification currently supports Indian mobile numbers.

What happens when more event photos are uploaded?

New photos are checked against guests registered for that event. When new matches are found, they are added to the guest’s gallery and gallery updates are batched for WhatsApp notification. Processing time and message delivery depend on upload volume, connectivity and WhatsApp availability.

Is face matching always accurate?

No. Face matching can miss a photo or suggest an incorrect match, especially with difficult lighting, covered faces or unusual angles. It is a discovery aid, not an identity guarantee. Guests should contact the event photographer if a photo is missing or does not belong in their gallery.

Who can access a private gallery?

The studio manages its event photos. Anyone with a valid private gallery link may be able to view that gallery, so the link should not be shared publicly. Matching is scoped to the registered event. Our Privacy Policy explains face data, link expiry and retention, and our Data Deletion page explains removal requests.

Can guests download their photos?

Yes. Guests can open the private gallery and download available matched photos. The photographer decides which photos to upload; matching and gallery delivery do not replace the photographer’s editing or selection process.

How do I choose a plan for my studio?

Create a studio account or contact admin@pixdelivery.com to discuss your event count, photo volume and guest messaging needs. Confirm the current plan, allowances, pricing and any applicable messaging charges before purchasing.
